Yes, our eight-hour Driver Improvement Clinic is DMV-certified and court-approved. We use the National Safety Council Defensive Driving curriculum which is acceptable all over Virginia.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, all classes can be rescheduled up to 10 days from the original purchase date.
I haven’t received a court order. Can I take the class anyway?
Yes! You can come as a “volunteer” and get 5 points off your license! This is the best way to keep your insurance down and also! You can also get a discount on your insurance for taking the class.
How much does the Driver Improvement Clinic cost?
If you register and pay in advance, a discount will apply depending on the day of the class. If you have any questions call 804-526-7798 Walk In are welcome
If I register for a certain date and can’t make it, what happens?
No worries, just let us know when you want to come. Your payment can be applied to a different date. You will just need to reschedule within 10 days
How often can I take the Driver Improvement Clinic (voluntarily)?
Once every two years. And you can take it more often if ordered by a Court or DMV.
Do I need to register?
Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also register online. www.tricitydrive.com
What do I need to bring?
You must bring your driver’s License or Learner Permit or DMV-issued ID card and also bring writing materials to take notes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and credit cards. No personal checks. The processing fee varies depending on their services.

Saturday – 7:30 Am – 2:30 Pm
Sunday – Closed ( If A Class. Office Will Open From (7:30 am To 2:30 pm) Please note that we often hold various classes outside of our normal office hours. But If there are any question just call 804-526-7798
